Buttercream Basics: Professional finish

In this class you will learn how to cover a cake with buttercream to get a professional, smooth finish and sharp edges.

This class includes my signature crumb coat to prevent bulges.

No previous experience needed.

All materials including cake and a cake box in which to take your cake home.

Class takes place at 160 Chudleigh Road, Plumstead, Cape Town

Please note that this is an adult class, not suitable for children under 16 years.
